Young Engineering Professionals Will Find Leadership and Career Skills at SAE International World Congress
WARRENDALE, Pa. (PRWEB) February 04, 2015 -- The SAE International 2015 World Congress will feature a slate of programs and activities designed specifically for young professionals in the mobility engineering profession.
The “Young Professionals” activities are designed to inform, encourage and motivate the leaders of tomorrow, as well as provide solid leadership skills and offer valuable opportunities to learn from and network with executives from major corporations.

Developing the next generation of leaders is vital to the automotive industry. SAE recognizes the importance of providing unique settings where young professionals can learn. As part of the initiative to promote YP activity at World Congress, IAV Automotive Engineering will host the “Leadership Lessons” Young Professional Luncheon to encourage an open forum discussion for YPs to engage accomplished industry professionals.

These leadership lessons are delivered through seminars, group discussions and panel discussions that will express and challenge conventional thoughts on leadership. Young professionals will have the opportunity to not only hear from leading executives and other young professionals in the automotive industry, but they will also have the opportunity to express

Located on the exhibit floor, this event is an opportunity for young professionals to engage with executives in an informal setting. Mentors will be stationed while small groups of the Young Professional participants rotate to different stations at set time intervals. The stations will consist only of chairs facing each other creating a comfortable, level atmosphere for communication.
