Stamford Mayor David Martin to attend Andersen Showroom Grand Opening
Stamford, CT (PRWEB) February 06, 2015 -- Stamford Mayor David Martin will attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, Feb. 7 to celebrate the grand opening of the new Renewal by Andersen replacement window and door showroom on West Main Street in Stamford.
Jon Fleming, vice president of Renewal by Andersen of Fairfield and Westchester County, will also present a check for $5,000 to Pacific House, a homeless shelter for men, on behalf of Renewal by Andersen, to kick off a weekend Open House Celebration that will include product giveaways and a chance to win $25,000. The public is invited to attend.
“We wanted to create a first-class retail space where homeowners can see and experience the state-of-the-art window and door products that Andersen has to offer and we have achieved that,” Fleming said. “We also wanted to lend our support to Pacific House, which does a tremendous job of helping people who have no home at all.”
Pacific House, which provides meals and overnight shelter to approximately 100 men daily, is located in the South End of Stamford.
Everyone who attends the weekend event will have a chance to win a $25,000 grand prize. Renewal will give away free windows, a patio door and front entry door system with a retail value in excess of $15,000, including installation.
The Open House will be held, Feb. 7 and 8, from 11 am-4 p.m. at the showroom, located at 2041 West Main Street in Stamford. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be at 11 a.m. Saturday.
The new showroom features full-scale wall displays of virtually every different type of window and patio door made by Renewal by Andersen to beautify the home including bay windows, casement and patio doors.
“This showroom is a great way to see firsthand exactly how our windows and doors will look in your home once the project is completely finished. It takes the guesswork out of the whole process of replacing your windows,” Fleming said.
Renewal by Andersen is the full-service custom replacement window division of the Andersen Corporation and makes the most technologically advanced and fastest-growing replacement window in the U.S.
“We are extremely grateful for the continuing support for our business from our loyal customers and from the community that has allowed us to remain in business for such a long period of time. We don’t take that for granted,” Fleming said.
