Founding partners Melissa Shaw and Julian Scott will now concentrate on promoting the brand, expanding services offerings, and crafting solutions to ensure their clients’ success now and in the future.
Jamie Frech joined the company last year as VP of Strategic Accounts. “In the time that she has been with us, she has been the pillar of our client success, ongoing growth, and expanding capabilities— all the while ensuring we maintain our legendary standard of quality,” said Julian Scott, Founding Partner at Shaw + Scott.

Prior to joining the team at Shaw + Scott, Jamie Frech served as Director of CRM for Orbitz Worldwide. Her career spans more than 15 years working with innovative brands such as Kohl’s Department Stores, UnderArmour, NBA, Warner Bros., Ford Motor Company, Quicken Loans and Orbitz. Jamie received her BS in Anthropology and Zoology from the University of Michigan.
