Robert W. Heard, Richard K. Kneipper, and Bryan K. Robert W. Heard provides eOriginal with counsel and advice based on more than 40 years of proven performance as a leader, builder, entrepreneur, problem-solver, innovator, and motivator in the technology sector.
Heard created and launched Credant Technologies, Inc. in 2001 to provide software that enables enterprises to secure and manage mobile endpoint computing devices including laptops, tablets, smartphones, USB and data security for cloud computing. Credant was acquired by Dell in 2012 to strengthen Dell’s computing solutions and improves the manageability, reliability and security engineered into its enterprise computing portfolio.
Richard K. Kneipper joins the eOriginal Advisory Board in the next stage of a career that has weaved financial and legal expertise with innovative technology applications. Kneipper is the co-founder of Anthelio Healthcare Solutions Inc. (formerly PHNS Inc.), the largest independent provider of information technology, medical records and revenue cycle services to hospitals, physician practice groups and other healthcare providers.
Previously, Kneipper served as a partner in the Dallas, Texas office of Jones Day, an international law firm. He served in numerous executive management roles at Jones Day, and also was Of Counsel. He specialized in mergers/acquisitions/tender offers, private and public financings, corporate transactions, corporate governance and proxy contests.
Bryan K. Caporlette provides an extensive knowledge of software product strategy, architecture, and development and is a recognized expert and industry speaker on wide range of technologies such as eXtensible Markup Language (XML), electronic signatures, portal software, document conversion, content management and others.
As the current Chief Technology Officer for G&G Outfitters, Inc., Caporlette manages the company's technical vision and leads all aspects of technology development. Additionally, he advises corporate leadership on developing, acquiring and adapting technologies that support the company’s growth and drives operational efficiencies of the business. He previously served as eOriginal’s Chief Technology Officer from 2001 to 2013.
