Fairfield headquartered Performance Improvement Partners announced today the hiring of Private Equity veteran Alex Pearl as Senior Vice President of Business Development.

Alex will report directly to PIP President and Managing Director, John Bisack III. “Developing IT solutions exclusively for the Private Equity industry is our business,” said Bisack. “Alex knows Private Equity inside and out. He’s also is a strong believer in PIP’s unique value system, which makes our professional marriage a perfect cultural fit.”

Alex’s primary role will be developing and managing new PIP Private Equity relationships Other career accomplishments include building SAP’s Private Equity practice from startup to a $250 million plus enterprise; acting as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of UMS, a diversified private equity firm focused on the healthcare, telecommunications, technology, manufacturing and real estate sectors. Earlier in his career, he was also a Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Attorney.
