Centennial's Executive Team

We are blessed to be in this position and I am energized to continue the legacy of serving the Talent Strategy and Executive Search needs of those who have and those who will put their trust in @Centennialinc! ~Mike Sipple, Jr., President

Mike Sipple, Sr. became President and CEO in 1980, and was joined by his son Mike Jr. in 2001. The Sipples have presided over a period of growth, since 2005 expanding from a regional business to also providing services to a wide range of national and global companies. The 4C Recruiting Process™ guides the search for executives and business leaders, identifying the best fit in the areas of Character, Culture, Chemistry and Competency. This highly selective approach better ensures a successful match between employer and employee. Beginning with forward-thinking leaders, Centennial is able to bring their clients a more focused approach on that fits their business needs through better talent strategy and executive search.

Continuing this legacy of growth, Centennial is pleased to announce the next important step of a succession plan that has been in the works for the past 7 years. Mike Sipple, Sr. has invested great amounts of time and wisdom in equipping his son Mike Jr. to be well prepared to continue Centennial’s legacy of impacting lives and businesses beyond a search. Under Mike Sr.’s leadership the focus has always been on the health of the business as well as the health of their family. In his own words - “I can replace a business partner, I can’t replace a son.” As such, the Sipples have worked tirelessly to learn how to communicate better and to hear and understand each other. This extends beyond their biological family to their core support group of employees and advisors, all of whom have played valuable roles in the succession strategy.

In 2015, Mike Sipple Jr. now succeeds his father in the role of President of Centennial. He will be supported by T.J. Bugg in his new role as Executive Vice President, as well as through the continued support of Mike Jr.’s mom Susan Sipple (Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer) and Becky Scheeler (Vice President of Client Engagement). Centennial is also pleased to announce the addition of Julie Warden as Director of Client Services. Mike Sr. will continue his role as CEO.

Mike Jr. also serves on the Board of Directors for Association for Corporate Growth of Cincinnati and The Northern Kentucky Chamber. He serves in a variety of leadership capacities including the executive committee for the 2015 ACG Great Lakes Capital Connection, Professional Leadership Network and Cincinnati’s Forty Under 40 Alumni Network.

Our community and clients are better because of Centennial’s commitment and involvement over the last 40 years. With an exceptional leadership team in place and a continued strategy for success through relationships, Centennial is poised to continue that legacy.
