Career Partners International – Cleveland Celebrates Twenty-Five Years by Giving Back to the Community
Cleveland, Ohio (PRWEB) February 05, 2015 -- Ratliff & Taylor, the Cleveland, OH, office of Career Partners International, a leading global provider of outplacement and executive coaching services, is celebrating 25 years of business success with a series of events designed to give back to the Ohio community.

“Celebration 25/25” launched late last month with a tribute to founder Jim Ratliff’s service in the United States Army Special Forces. At this first of the 25 events planned for 2015, employees participated in a winter clothing and sundry drive benefiting the Cleveland Veterans Resource Center, a branch of the Volunteers of America that provides transitional housing, an employment program, a mental health treatment program and resource fairs for veterans.
Other events planned as a part of “Celebration 25/25” include additional philanthropic and volunteer-driven campaigns as well as professional initiatives and social events. The signature event will be an anniversary party for clients and friends in conjunction with the firm’s hosting of the Career Partners International’s Annual North American Region Meeting in Cleveland in August.
“My vision at the onset was to build a firm dedicated to helping senior executives as they navigate career transition,” notes Jim Ratliff, who formed the Cleveland-based firm in 1990 and quickly expanded with the addition of Rick Taylor. “Supporting the careers of people in our own community remains foundational in our work.”
