The Uncle Val’s Peppered Gin, with a black peppercorn and charred red pepper nose, provides a savory flavor journey of bold pepper with a tinge of salt, before evolving into pleasing sour notes paired up with sweet juniper, as well as the red pepper and peppercorns evident in the aroma. The infused botanical ingredients include juniper, red bell pepper, black pepper and pimento.
Crisp, yet rich, with a bright taste and a dominant undernote of savory coriander, the nose of Uncle Val’s Restorative Gin is soothing and intriguing. The refreshing flavors of citrus, coriander and juniper lead to a fragrant cucumber and rose petal finish. The infused botanical ingredients include coriander, juniper, cucumber and rose petals.
Uncle Val’s gins are new world American gins, inspired by Zio Valerio, August Sebastiani’s uncle, who throughout his lifetime gardened fresh vegetables, herbs and other botanicals in Lucca, Italy.
