Impulse and CTI Group partner to introduce a feature-rich SaaS call recording solution.

Impulse Advanced Communications LLC, (“Impulse”) today announced the release of a new call recording capability on its ClearStar® cloud-based telephone system.

This advanced application provides valuable call-recording services to organizations of all sizes. Features range from basic telephone call recording to advanced speech analytics, audio mining, and visual recording of desktop activity. Recordings are remotely hosted in a secure data center and are accessible through an easy-to-use web portal with advanced search.

Large organizations migrating to Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) telephony solutions expect access to business tools they previously used with their premise-based PBX. Impulse understands the need to supply organizations with these crucial tools and is proud to offer this flexible, feature-rich call recording solution.
