The Brand Establishment, a nationally recognized brand authority and knowledge network that assists, trains and certifies small and mid-sized marketing, ad and PR agencies, today announced that it has been acquired by Jacquie Francisco and Russ Cornelius of BrandSavants in San Diego.

Cornelius and Francisco are highly-regarded members of The Brand Establishment.
The deal is expected to expand membership and awareness of The Brand Establishment. Day-to-day management and operation of the Brand Establishment will transition from current managing partners, Tom Traynor and Rosemary Breehl, to Cornelius and Francisco over the next several months. Hughes will continue as a senior advisor for at least three more years.
The Brand Establishment’s accreditation program will continue to be overseen by a Certification Advisory Board, a nationwide group of highly experienced and respected professionals, agency leaders, and brand experts.
Founded by Jim Hughes in 2000, The Brand Establishment perfected the first contemporary brand development process for small-to mid-sized advertisers.
