Cappex President and General Manager Takes Helm as Chief Executive

Cappex, Your College Decision Headquarters, announced that Chris Long will be its new CEO, effective today. Co-founder and former CEO Leon Heller will continue to be involved with Cappex in a strategic advisory capacity as well as in representing shareholder interests.

Long has been with Cappex for seven years and most recently served as President and General Manager, overseeing all business operations. He has previously held leadership positions at B2B and B2C Internet businesses, including Cars.com and Apartments.com, where he was responsible for product strategy. Chris graduated from Northwestern University with a BS in Journalism and also holds an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
