National Grid Property Holdings and Capita are set to hold their third property auction with joint auctioneers Lambert Smith Hampton.

Due to take place on 23rd February 2015 at The Millennium Hotel on Grosvenor Square, the auction aims to beat the percentage of lots sold at previous auctions.

Lots featured include land at Cooks Way, Hitchin, which is a 0.6 acre plot of land that is fully fenced and secure, as well as a three bedroom (1,200 square feet) detached house located in Ashby de la Zouch.

Other properties include land on Bury Road, Thetford and a 0.07 acre infill site located on Bridge Street in Banchory, Grampian.

The National Grid Property Portfolio holds 1680 properties and land holdings that cover circa 500 sites all over the United Kingdom, with a large variety of properties in their portfolio, covering everything from offices, depots, houses and land.

Auctioneer Mat Harris said: “Following the success of our previous auctions, we are extremely excited to hold our third in conjunction with Capita.

“The event itself is always exciting, with bidders coming from far and wide and all walking away happy and satisfied with their purchase.

“Our lots for the day are diverse, with both land and property available; meaning all types of buyer requirements will be covered.”
