The new functionality - developed by Newton’s in-house team - will be offered to existing customers of its cloud-based hiring software platform at no additional cost. The tools will come pre-integrated with popular email platforms like Outlook/Exchange and Google’s Gmail.

Check Interviewers Availability
Users assemble interview teams and check their availability from one screen. The tool pulls information from interviewers’ corporate calendars in real-time.
Create Automatic Invitations
Once the interview team is selected, users send interview invitations without leaving the Newton ATS. Users can customize email templates so interviewers have the job candidate’s resume, relevant documents, and any special instructions including interview guides.
Invite Job Candidates
Job candidates are sent on-brand email invitations to confirm interviews. Users choose email templates that auto-fill the name of the interviewers, their titles, and any special instructions or directions designed to prepare and confirm the candidate for the interview.
Confirm and Reschedule Meetings
When schedulers are finished sending the invitations, smart alerts are easily configured to warn interview schedulers if an interviewer has not confirmed an interview or needs to reschedule.
