The Core Employee Solutions platform will provide important and much-needed resources for smaller businesses

Core Employee Solutions announced today the partnering with Performance Progression (http://www.perf-pro.com), a national provider of outsourced HR services. Performance Progression will provide custom HR services to users of the Core platform. “We felt like it was important to bring in someone that has the expertise of the very technical HR compliance segment, but also someone that understands small business owners. We don’t want someone to speak legalese to small business owners. They need solutions, not an education,” Core Employee Solutions CEO Christian Brim stated.
Performance Progression will provide hotline phone and email support to Core employers and their employees, answering questions about hiring, firing, benefits, and more. “The Core Employee Solutions platform will provide important and much-needed resources for smaller businesses. It allows business owners and key managers to focus on building the business and efficiently handle transactions that might otherwise distract from what matters most,” stated Brian Lee, President and CEO of Performance Progression, a leading Human Resources consulting firm. “We are pleased to partner with Core in the design of the platform and in providing HR answers and expertise to clients beyond what can be delivered in an online platform.”
Performance Progression will act as both consultant in the software design as well as a sales channel partner. Brim said, “We want the user experience to be as simple and painless as possible. To the extent that we can bake problem solving into the software itself, we remove those problems from the employer and reduce their stress. For example, benefit eligibility and new hire onboarding lend themselves to automation in the software. We can remove 80 or 90% of what the employer has to do.”
Core Employee Solutions is a SaaS solution for employers with under 50 employees. Driven by 18 years of small business experience, the founders are able to provide the solution for one of the largest problem small business face: Helping employers help their employees.
