ClearCall Solutions, a national leader in direct marketing and sales, announced the appointment of Karl Winters as their Chief Financial Officer.
Winters brings with him over thirty years of experience in the finance field, more than twenty of which have been in chief financial executive positions. ClearCall Solutions will utilize this experience to support the company as it continues to experience major growth. His strategic responsibilities include planning, executing and controlling the financial aspects of the company’s business operations, such as ClearCall’s subsidiary company SecurityAlarmNow which sells ADT home security systems.

Winters joined ClearCall Solutions from Prestige Management Services, Inc. where he served as the Chief Financial Officer. While there, he supported the company’s growth by acquiring dealership properties, financing new facilities, reorganizing the finance department and implementing treasury management functions. Prior to Prestige Management Services, Inc. Winters was the Chief Financial Officer of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., the creators of the “Grand Theft Auto” video game series. And earlier in his career he served as the Chief Financial Officer of ModelWire. During his professional career, he has been the Chief Financial Officer of three companies with sales greater than $1 billion, including two public companies that more than quadrupled in size during his tenure. He also provided executive leadership for two companies as they completed their IPO.
