Charlotte, North Carolina (PRWEB) February 10, 2015
Cirrus Medical Staffing recently formed a partnership with the non-profit organization Make-A-Wish®. Cirrus is proud to support Make-A-Wish®, and in efforts to jumpstart the campaign, the company has made a corporate contribution of $6,000. This amount will go to fulfill the wish of a child suffering from a life-threatening medical condition in early 2015.
Cirrus is also launching in February 2015 its fundraising and awareness webpage through Make-A-Wish®, where anyone can donate toward the cause. The company will also match a portion of the donations collected annually. Cirrus will work to raise funds and awareness for the non-profit organization through donations from employees, friends, family and the community to grant the wishes of children diagnosed with life-threatening medical conditions.
In addition to raising funds for the non-profit, Cirrus employees will also promote awareness for Make-A-Wish’s® advocacy through participating in Make-A-Wish® sponsored events such as “Walk for Wishes” throughout the coming year in their Fort Lauderdale, Charlotte and Atlanta locations.
To give their communities an opportunity to join in furthering the mission of Make-A-Wish®, Cirrus provides more information about the partnership and how to support Make-A-Wish®, directly on their company Facebook, LinkedIn and website.
All who would like to donate toward this great cause, or keep informed about the children impacted by the partnership, can visit the Cirrus Make-A-Wish® page.

Make-A-Wish® grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. According to a 2011 U.S. study of wish impact, most health professionals surveyed believe a wish-come-true has positive impacts on the health of children. Kids say wishes give them renewed strength to fight their illness, and their parents say these experiences help strengthen the entire family. Based in Phoenix, Make-A-Wish® is one of the world’s leading children’s charities, serving children in every community in the United States and its territories. With the help of generous donors and more than 25,000 volunteers; Make-A-Wish® grants a wish somewhere in the country every 38 minutes. It has granted more than 225,000 wishes since its inception in 1980; nearly 14,000 in 2011 alone. Visit Make-A-Wish® to learn more at wish.org.
