SWEAT Fitness, a Philadelphia-based gym, announces their 3rd annual Valentine's Day Yoga event. The free event will offer participants a yoga session and other free gifts for attending.
3rd annual Valentine's Day Yoga Event will be held on February 14th at 2:14 p.m. at the following SWEAT locations:
- Filter Square, 200 S. 24th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103
- Manayunk, 4151 Main Street, Philadelphia, PA 19127
- Old City, 45 N. 3rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106
- South Philly, 1509 E. Passyunk Avenue, Phialdelphia, PA 19147
Participants will be led by SWEAT Fitness instructors and will be given sparkling champagne and strawberries. The free yoga session will help promote deep relaxation, improve digestion for Valentine's Day dinner and leave you feeling energized. The event is open to all and participants can come alone, with their workout partner or their own Valentine.
