Abbeville Public Utilities Selects Survalent’s SCADA for Its Ease-of-Use and Implementation
MISSISSAUGA, ON (PRWEB) February 11, 2015 -- Abbeville Public Utilities (APU) chose Survalent Technology’s SCADA system for its ease-of-use and implementation. Survalent’s SCADA system is part of a larger Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS).
The system is based on Windows Server Operating System, and includes several of Survalent's open-system applications.
“We are pleased that Abbeville selected Survalent for their first system,” states Steve Strauss, VP of Sales for the Eastern US for Survalent. “Many utilities can benefit from SCADA, part of the scalable ADMS system, by getting real-time data on their system and archiving historical data. Survalent provides advanced technology with easy-to-use tools for programming and data visualization.”
