Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD in Fort Worth, Texas, will move from a paper-based system to an online solution for registering new and returning students. The 18,500 student body district partnered with InfoSnap for a customized solution that will streamline new and annual student registration through seamless integration between InfoSnap and Eagle Mountain’s student information system, Skyward.

This online solution will remove annual registration packets and provide parents with an efficient method that allows them to enroll and register their child/children at their own convenience. Families who have more than one child within the district can ‘snap’ data from one student to another. The use of SmartForm™ technology, an intuitive tool built into the solution, will collect relevant data based on previously entered information or choices (grade, activities, medical history, etc.).
“We’re a growing district and it has become a priority to provide a better experience for our families to register students and to also automate processes that will eliminate the heavy workload off of administrative personnel,” said Courtney.
Eagle Mountain will also implement InfoSnap’s Language Localization and Payment Management Service. Language localization will meet the need of this diverse population by providing multilingual forms to families. Utilizing the payment management service will allow administrators to easily collect and report on all fees and donations at the time of form submission.
