NetBoss Technologies, Inc. Expands Role of Professor Paul Morrissey to that of Chief Strategist
Sebastian, FL (PRWEB) February 11, 2015 -- NetBoss Technologies, a leading provider of Right-Time Correlated Network Analytics and Operational Support Systems (OSS) to communication service providers (CSP), government, large enterprise, transportation, and utility customers worldwide, announced today the next step in its corporate transformation strategy with the expansion of Professor Paul J. Morrissey’s role in the company to that of Chief Strategist. This is the most recent in a series of changes that have been implemented since July 2014 as part of the company’s NetBoss. Now transformation initiative.
Professor Morrissey is the leader of Big Data Analytics and Customer Experience Management groups for the TeleManagement Forum and is the Global Ambassador for the TMF. Since July he has been responsible for thought leadership, business development, and partner management at NetBoss in the areas of Customer Experience Management (CEM) and Network Analytics. Professor Morrissey frequently shares critical knowledge and updates about Big Data Analytics on his blog “Big Dada on Big Data,” which can be accessed from the NetBoss corporate website.
“I am very excited about the direction that the NetBoss portfolio is taking as I feel the whole telecommunications industry is on the edge of a fundamental disruption at the core principles level due to Over-the-Top (OTT) applications. Our portfolio, led by the NetBoss. Now philosophy, allows organizations to be prepared and more importantly to be in a position to act, not only to counter this disruption but to augment their services to take advantage of it,” said Professor Morrissey.
“With the expanded role, Paul will continue to guide the company’s analytics portfolio strategy as Chief Scientist, and as Chief Strategist, will also expand the NetBoss marketing plan to grow our reseller, system integrator, agent, and dealer channel to focus on delivering next generation analytics solutions. In the six months since acquiring the Ventraq Analytics product line, we have successfully integrated both the product and staff and have multiple projects underway. Thanks to Paul’s guidance and thought leadership NetBoss. Now is a reality, and with Paul’s strategic guidance we will see exponential growth,” stated Jim Odom, President and CEO of NetBoss Technologies.
