We work to create solutions that not only restore the strength of deteriorated and compromised structures, but also improve overall performance.

Milliken Infrastructure Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of Milliken & Company, is pleased to announce that its RenewWrap™ ESR Fiber-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) Composite System recently received an evaluation report (ESR #3663) from ICC Evaluation Service (ICC-ES).

Building officials, architects, contractors, specifiers, designers and others can now rely on the ICC-ES Evaluation Report in designing, specifying, and approving RenewWrap™ ESR FRP Composite System on structural strengthening and seismic retrofit projects.

RenewWrap™ ESR FRP Composite System comprises carbon fiber or fiberglass-reinforcing fabrics that are impregnated onsite with Milliken’s specially formulated epoxy saturating resins using wet lay-up techniques. These reinforcing fabrics are provided in standard roll widths and lengths. The product has a proven track record of successful installations on a wide range of seismic retrofit and strengthening projects.

To ensure the most effective use of RenewWrap™ ESR FRP Composite System, Milliken Infrastructure provides a single point of contact, working as a partner throughout the entire project – from technical design support to field assistance and installation training.

ICC-ES thoroughly examined the RenewWrap™ ESR FRP Composite System product information, test reports, calculations, quality control methods and other factors to ensure the product is code-compliant. “Replacing aging infrastructure is both time consuming and costly,” said Greg Norton, Business Development Manager for Milliken Infrastructure Solutions, LLC. “We work to create solutions that not only restore the strength of deteriorated and compromised structures, but also improve overall performance. Our products are developed and supported by a global team of engineers and scientists and are validated by independent third parties. The ICC-ES evaluation is another way we can demonstrate the validity of our product claims and provide engineers and contractors with a product that addresses all of their needs.”

A nonprofit, limited liability company, ICC-ES is the United States’ leading evaluation service for innovative building materials, components and systems. ICC-ES Evaluation Reports (ESRs) and Plumbing, Mechanical and Fuel Gas (PMG) Listings provide evidence that products and systems meet requirements of codes and technical standards. ICC-ES also issues environmental reports verifying that products meet specific sustainability targets defined by today’s codes, standards, green rating systems and ICC-ES environmental criteria. ICC-ES is a subsidiary of the International Code Council® (ICC®). For more information, please visit To access the RenewWrap™ ESR FRP Composite System evaluation report, visit
