Dunbridge, OH (PRWEB) February 13, 2015 -- Principle Business Enterprises, Inc. (PBE) – the makers of Tranquility Incontinence Products, Pillow Paws footwear and Swimmates disposable swimwear, today announced changes to its executive management team.

  • Mike Kirby has been promoted to the new post of Executive Vice President and Managing Director. Mr. Kirby previously served as EVP and CFO of the Company.
  • Larry Jones has been promoted to the position of Vice President and CFO. Mr. Jones previously served as Director of Finance & Accounting.
  • Brian Kreider has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Sales, Branded Incontinence Products. Mr. Kreider previously served as Director of Incontinence Sales.
  • Mark Goetz has been promoted to the position of Director of Accounting. Mr. Goetz previously served as Manager of Accounting.

Mike Kirby joined the company in 1996. He previously served as the company’s CFO. He has helped PBE grow significantly to become among the global leaders in absorbent technologies and incontinence care products. His new role will focus on strategic investments and planning as well as operational leadership of the company’s Board of Directors.

Larry Jones joined PBE in June of 2014 having held key financial and product leadership roles with BX Solutions, Therma Tru Doors and Proctor & Gamble.

Brian Kreider joined PBE in 2013 having held executive sales leadership positions most recently as Regional Sales Vice President for Gulf South Medical Supply.

Mark Goetz joined PBE in 1999 having previously served in financial analysis positions with Mennel Milling and Bil-Jax.
