The PhishLine Workflow Appliance was born from customer feedback that included the need to eliminate the time consuming and redundant process of exporting and importing address books manually.

PhishLine, a leader in helping enterprise security teams take decisive action against social engineering and phishing threats through definitive metrics has launched the “PhishLine Workflow Appliance™”. The appliance allows information security and risk management teams to automate the import of data into PhishLine, including the ability to merge data from multiple sources.

PhishLine helps companies go beyond traditional security awareness training with a cohesive approach that includes real-world phishing simulations, security awareness training, and risk-rated observations.

“The PhishLine Workflow Appliance was born from customer feedback that included the need to eliminate the time consuming and redundant process of exporting and importing address books manually.” said Mark Chapman, Founder & CEO of PhishLine. “For large enterprise organizations this task can be a major undertaking, especially when it needs to be repeated many times throughout the year. The PhishLine Workflow Appliance will provide customers with an efficient and streamlined approach to this process.”

In addition, the PhishLine Workflow Appliance can take advantage of the Teachable Moments that Matter™. Customers will now be able to trigger the delivery of security awareness content to users based on actual events and observations. For example, a simple password reset request to the helpdesk can now become an immersive moment in which users can receive training and testing to ensure best practices are being applied. Likewise, new hires can automatically be enrolled to receive a risk-based survey to help close the gap between a general understanding of information security policies and the application of them.

Security and risk teams will now be in a position to automate and validate progress at the human layer by delivering automated training and testing in real-time and do so in a more streamlined fashion than ever before.
