God’s Lab Inc., a science-based nutraceutical company, adds two new energy supplements to their GOD’S SPEED® pure caffeine-based line of energy products: ALPHA Caffeine™ and CALM Caffeine™. The GOD’S SPEED® energy line is formulated to provide clean, precise, and effective energy supplements using caffeine from coffee beans, without dyes, fillers, excipients, other additives, or secretive proprietary blends. The new energy supplements each contain specific amino acid support. ALPHA Caffeine™ capsules contain 200mg of pure caffeine plus 500mg of L-Tyrosine per serving. L-Tyrosine is an amino acid precursor molecule that the brain uses to create key neurotransmitters – dopamine, norepinephrine, and adrenalin – in neural pathways stimulated by caffeine. CALM Caffeine™ capsules contain 200mg of pure caffeine plus 200mg of L-Theanine per serving. L-Theanine is the amino acid found in green and oolong teas that has been found to increase brain alpha-wave activity, the EEG pattern which is associated with a calm focused state. All GOD’S SPEED® energy supplements – PURE Caffeine, ALPHA Caffeine™ and CALM Caffeine™ contain 200 mgs of pure caffeine extracted from coffee beans per serving.

Almost all energy products – drinks, shots, pills, and capsules – are based on caffeine and contain various additives, fillers, and dyes. Some also have secretive proprietary blends that include additional stimulants in unknown amounts. “There was a clear void in the market place for unadulterated, well-measured, pure caffeine-based supplements,” says neuroscientist and Chief Science Officer Peggy LaCerra, Ph.D. “Dyes, fillers, additives, and proprietary blends don’t belong in our bodies, so we didn’t put them in our energy products. Coffee doesn’t provide consumers with a well-measured serving because the caffeine content in coffee is extremely variable. Caffeine is a useful botanical stimulant that has been used for various purposes for millennia – and it’s a powerful one. We take seriously our mission to provide consumers with clean, precise, and effective caffeine-based energy products.”
