In the fall 2014, Grasons Co. announced their franchise state approval in California, and has since established 7 estate sale company locations in Southern California. Currently approved in 41 states and moving across the nation quickly.
All 7 locations are individually owned and operated, but they all share the same business model and exclusive techniques which have proven a successful outcome for all franchisees.
The first few established locations were Grasons Co. of Huntington Beach and Grasons Co. of Long Beach, soon after; Grasons Co. of Newport Beach began, and hit the ground running from the beginning with successful scheduled sales and loyal followers.

- Grasons Co. Elite is focused on the South Orange County region by providing estate sale services in Irvine, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, San Clemente, Dana Point, Coto De Caza & surrounding areas.
- Grasons Co. Estate Specialists based in Claremont and providing Estate Sale, Liquidation services in the City of Claremont and surrounding areas.
