Embedded customer support is now available in Anytime Collect, the popular B2B debt collection software from e2b teknologies. The new customer support center is accessible directly from the online software providing self-service access to users anytime and anywhere so they can manage support requests with a built-in knowledgebase, interactive user community, live chat, recorded video tutorials, and more.
“Our support and engineering teams have been working hard on the customer support center to improve our support process with new technologies in order to provide more information and resources to our customers online. The customer support center was built using Zendesk software, a popular option for cloud-based support sites. Customers can access the support center by clicking the support menu directly from the Anytime Collect software. Tutorial videos are available within the support center or by clicking on new help buttons embedded within the credit and collections software.
Users can quickly learn how to setup Anytime Collect by watching the tutorials or reviewing technical and product documentation available in the support center. They can also search the extensive knowledgebase for specific questions with articles providing how-to instructions or short videos on specific tasks and features in the software. Further, support cases can be managed on the support site itself, providing instant access to case status with advanced tools for chatting with support agents or to engage in screen sharing for training or troubleshooting system setup questions. The online community includes questions and answers from Anytime Collect users and support agents. Users can follow discussions and can contribute to current discussions. The community is a great place to find “how-to” product information or to share best practices in accounts receivable, business credit, and invoice collections management.
