irth Solutions today announced the launch of a new version of their UtiliSphere mobile field workforce software. UtiliSphere is a mobile field service management solution that enables utility and energy organizations to effectively manage the lifecycle of mission-critical assets.

In early 2015 the UtiliSphere 2015.1 release is aiming to improve support for a challenge that many utility and energy organizations struggle with – managing field operations in remote areas where internet access is not available. “Ensuring the performance of their mission-critical assets is paramount to our customers,” explains G. The company evaluated their product strategy as 2014 concluded and assembled an aggressive roadmap for their UtiliSphere solution. irth Solutions has hundreds of customers across North America, many of which have assets – such as oil pipelines, gas transmission equipment, or electrical transformers – spread between metropolitan and remote areas.
