• Glenridge HealthCare Solutions Sale to WhiteGlove Health: SC&H Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor to Glenridge HealthCare Solutions in its sale to WhiteGlove Health, Inc., a portfolio company of two private-equity firms. Glenridge is a leading provider of technology-enabled network development and provider engagement solutions to health plans and health systems throughout the United States.
• SC&H Group State and Local Tax Practice Sale to Altus Group (TSE:AIF): SC&H Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor in the acquisition of SC&H Group’s State and Local Tax ("SALT") division to Altus Group. Altus Group is a leading provider of independent commercial real estate consulting and advisory services, software and data solutions.
