Grand Forks, ND (PRWEB) February 24, 2015
Inventors at the University of North Dakota have created a unique paint can sealing product that can easily and quickly seal gallon and quart sized paint cans. It stands as the only product of its kind on the market today.
The new One-Punch & No-Mess Paint Can Sealer is a unique, low-cost, one-step solution for quickly sealing paint cans of various sizes with just one punch of a hammer. As an added feature, the sealer doubles as storage for paint can opening keys. This feature allows painters to open and seal cans quickly and efficiently. This easy-to-use and affordable tool was made with the do-it-yourself consumer in mind.
Jason Pottinger, CEO of Progressive Paint Solutions Inc., was surprised to learn that this product is the first of its kind. “We’re looking forward to seeing it carried in paint departments at hardware stores across the country. It’s a product that will receive a lot of attention when paint customers watch it in action at the counters.”
With 100 million paint cans sold by over 27,000 retail paint distributors across the country, this new technology offers an easy solution to an often messy and time consuming problem.
The company’s Strategy Advisor, Corey Park, is impressed by the increased wide-spread attention the product is gaining from paint distributors and hardware stores.
“After launching this product we immediately started receiving order requests from large companies in the paint industry. We knew we had a unique product but the buzz it has created has exceeded our expectations,” says Park.
Currently, Progressive Paint Solutions Inc., is seeking additional paint retailers/distributors and investors.
