Continued market adoption of Integrated GRC Suite and ethics and compliance training solutions leads to second consecutive year of 40%+ year-over-year growth in booked sales

The Network, Inc., a leading provider of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions, announced today a record company performance for the year ending December 31, 2014. Continued market adoption of the company’s Integrated GRC Suite and full library of ethics and compliance training solutions led to the following results:

  • The second consecutive year of more than 40% year-over-year growth in booked sales
  • Almost 400 new customers, bringing the customer total to more than 4,000
  • Top line revenue growth of 20%
  • Headcount growth of 19%

The company sees this growth trend continuing as product demand increases, new products are released into the market and the company continues its international expansion. The Network increased staff in Europe and opened an office in India in 2014 to meet demand from the APAC region.

Much of the company’s success in 2014 came from the growth of its ethics and compliance training and communications solutions. “Our friends in ethics and compliance and HR have real pain when it comes to education. The regulatory environment is constantly evolving, increasing the pressure to effectively educate a disparate workforce with changing demographics,” Ramos continued. “We released more than 50 new course titles, along with new training and awareness solutions across a variety of important compliance-focused topics. They're easy to configure, easy to translate, easy to roll-out, easy to report on and most importantly, they engage employees so they retain the material they're learning. This is a real game-changer for ethics and compliance and HR professionals who are tired of giving the same old boring, ineffective training to their employees.”

Vice President of Product Management and Corporate Strategy, Jimmy Lin, said “We spent a lot of time this year talking with customers and prospects to really understand the challenges in the ethics and compliance industry so we can innovate creative solutions and enhance our existing products in priority areas, like mobility and analytics.”

The Network completed four major releases to its industry-leading Integrated GRC Suite, adding more than 76 new features. The new features and enhancements include:

  • Expanded support for customers with international employees, through addition of more than 30 languages
  • Authentication enhancements to support a broader array of enterprise users, including mobile and non-corporate users
  • The release of the Ethics Portal application
  • Additional workflow features for improved communications of employee assignments and reminders
  • Expanded analytics and reporting templates to drive new integrated insights across an organization’s compliance data
