With a new community program in the Marietta, GA area, The Dykes Agencies has teamed up with United Military Care and announced a new charity campaign to raise funds to provide local heroes and their families with essential items. Heroes supported are looking for real solutions to manage their emergency situation followed by a strategy to strengthen their family. The Dykes Agencies is starting this campaign to help collect items in demand including Diapers, Non-Perishable Food, Peanut Butter, Kroger-Publix Gift Cards and Fuel Cards to help veterans get to and from interviews. Donations to United Military Care can now be dropped off at two convenient locations: 1956 Lower Roswell Road, Suite A, Marietta, GA 30068 or 3937 Holcomb Bridge Rd Ste 100, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092

Utilizing its own resources and seeking the help of its own network of customers and business partners, The Dykes Agencies marches on to ensure customers, friends, family and neighbors are always in good hands. The agency just recently launched the master charity program of which the current campaign is part of, electing every 60 days a new individual, organization or family in need to receive support.

“They gave us freedom, so we want to support them and give them hope – it’s the least we can do. We’ve seen the honorable and amazing work that United Military Care has done and we are privileged to be a part of helping them continue assisting our heroes,” said Debbie Dykes, the Agency’s principal.

The agency will promote the current campaign over the course of the next 45 days, through its social media channels, email and text message communications, as well as through a monthly magazine, delivered to thousands of households in Georgia, where the agency currently operates. Our Hometown magazine reserves a full page to feature the campaign and details of the cause. The electronic Flipbook version of the current issue can be accessed here:
