MaidPro, a fast-growing franchisor in home-cleaning services, has recruited Christopher Chapman to join the executive team as it’s next Chief Operating Officer (COO), underscoring the company’s long-term commitment to leading the home cleaning industry with progressive technology and systems for both customers and franchisees.
Chapman is no stranger to MaidPro. Seventeen years ago, he and MaidPro’s CEO Mark Kushinsky, co-founded ServiceCEO, a best of breed suite of field service software applications currently used by many of the best service companies around the globe. When ServiceCEO was acquired by SaaS solutions provider Marathon Data Systems in 2011, Chapman continued on as Vice President and Chief Evangelist for the ServiceCEO Division, helping thousands of cleaning companies and 60+ franchise organizations around the world to utilize state-of-the-art technology for improving their performance, efficiency and profitability.
Chapman’s primary mission will be to expand upon MaidPro’s considerable investments in people, process, systems and technology to drive overall franchisee success and franchise network growth.
