Nearly 1,000 members of the Yale community comprising graduate students, faculty, and staff recently attended Yale University’s Housing Fair where they expressed interest in The Union, a distinctive rental residence set to open this spring.

Located at 205 Church Street on the site of the former Union and New Haven Trust Building in the heart of downtown New Haven, The Union blends this landmark building’s architectural features with modern amenities such as 24-hour concierge, fully-equipped fitness center, co-working space, outdoor lounge area, conference room, and bike room.
