Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) February 20, 2015
This is the 8th annual program that “seeks to honor outstanding minority business professionals whose work is having a major impact on the local business community.” An independent panel of judges chose winners using an open nomination process.
Winners were recognized during a luncheon at the Omni Dallas Hotel on February 5, 2015 in Dallas, Texas.
“Becoming one of the DBJ’s Minority Business Leaders is a great honor. The North Texas philosophy of using its local, small/minority companies is what keeps our economy strong in Texas. North Texas offers a supportive environment which is helping my company grow. As we win contracts and create new products and services, we expand our employee base utilizing resources from the community we serve and increasing our real estate requirements and needs. As these grow, we expand our North Texas economic eco-system. This is what Ronald Reagan meant by trickle-down economics,” says Betty Manetta.
