Dallas based Blue Jay Wireless has hired Lifeline compliance expert Brandi Streauslin as Regulatory and Public Relations Manager. Dallas based Blue Jay Wireless has hired Lifeline compliance expert Brandi Streauslin as Regulatory and Public Relations Manager. The addition of Brandi reinforces Blue Jay’s commitment to establishing a management team that is at the forefront of the industry with unparalleled regulatory and Lifeline expertise.

“Brandi’s industry experience and well-established understanding of Lifeline rules and regulations further strengthens what I believe to already be the most compliance-minded management team in the industry,” states Blue Jay’s VP of Regulatory and Public Relations, Lauren Moxley.

Prior to joining Blue Jay, Brandi worked at the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC). In her role as Lifeline Program Analyst, Brandi managed the 2014 annual recertification process and contributed heavily to the redesign of USAC’s online recertification filing system. Brandi also worked closely with ETCs to provide clarity regarding Lifeline rules and regulations and assisted Lifeline consumers in resolving Lifeline service disputes. Prior to her work at USAC, Brandi was a legal assistant at a Washington, D.C.-based telecommunications law firm. In this role, Brandi monitored various FCC rulemaking proceedings, including those related to the 2012 Lifeline Reform Order. Brandi earned her B.A. from Georgetown University.
