Semble and Eagle Ledge Foundation are joining forces through the formation of Semble Foundation to bring a comprehensive suite of lending solutions, led by Semble Foundation’s proprietary online lending platform, and bolstered by bank partnerships which will provide low-cost financing solutions to nonprofits that would otherwise not have access to such capital.

Both Semble and Eagle Ledge Foundation principals have independently helped the nonprofit community more effectively address financing needs, combining to place over $1 billion in financing to nonprofits. By bringing together the deep knowledge base, industry savvy, and track record of both parties, the new strategic alliance offers a comprehensive solution to better equip nonprofits throughout the United States with the resources to drive greater mission.
