HiP Enjoys Record High Lead Delivery Numbers in a Year of Major Process Changes

Today, HiP, an Albany-area demand generation agency, officially announced that it had delivered over 700,000 B2B leads across more than 2,800 campaigns in 2014. This landmark total, which comes from a combination of syndicator, agency, and direct business, is up 32% from that of a year ago. This growth marks the culmination of expanded business relationships, personnel additions, and process improvements on the part of HiP.

When asked to comment on this achievement, HiP CEO and Founder, Bret Smith, remarked, “To truly communicate the size of this accomplishment, I have to put that number in perspective. Just a couple of years ago, we were only delivering around 150,000 leads per year. Our ability to scale that much, that fast, is a real testament to our team and our commitment to agility. With that comes big changes – hiring, new systems, new workflow, and so on – but we’ve taken them in stride and continued to produce a high-quality product.”

HiP attributes much of its groundbreaking production increase to the following process improvements:

  •     Increased capabilities, greater specialization, and a better division of labor brought about by the hiring of 8 new full-time employees.
  •     Greatly reduced lead return rates and increased customer satisfaction due to the addition of pre-delivery call verification.
  •     Software advancement and diversification, which provided additional campaign insight and the ability to send smaller, more targeted broadcasts.
  •     The acquisition of over 18 million net new B2B contact records, added through new and augmented data contracts.
