Jonathan Gross, Vice-President of Pemeco Consulting, announced today that Pemeco will be hosting two webinars on successfully delivering ERP projects. The April 2nd webinar will focus on ERP selection due-diligence. The April 9th webinar will focus on ERP implementation project management best-practices.
“At the conclusion of the webinars, participants should walk away with a good high-level understanding of how to successfully deliver their ERP projects according to our methodologies – methodologies that are published, relied upon globally, and incorporated into various academic curricula,” said Gross. “For the selection webinar, participants will learn about the vendors in their industry, how to systematically define their business requirements, and how to evaluate ERP vendors against those requirements. For the implementation webinar, participants will learn best-practices to plan and execute an implementation project, including critical organizational change management components”.
These webinars will be based on Pemeco's proprietary methodologies. Its selection methodology has formed the basis of an upper-level MBA Systems Analysis course. Its implementation management methodology, Milestone Deliverables, is relied upon by organizations around the globe.
