"Pathways Continued Support program gives clients ongoing access to our team in order to help them fully maximize the efficiencies of ServiceNow,” Jeff Giovinazzo, Pathways president
Freehold, NJ (PRWEB) February 24, 2015
Pathways Consulting Group today announced a program allowing access to Pathways professionals beyond initial implementation of technology. This program provides quick response from Pathways experts who can assist with new design, enhancements and even just “helping hands”, thus eliminating challenges with developing and staffing for future growth within the ServiceNow platform. Pathways is one of the New York metropolitan area’s leading delivery partners for transformation and enterprise service management. ServiceNow is a leading provider of cloud-based services that automate enterprise operations.
Known as Pathways Continued Support, the program is unique to the industry. It offers ServiceNow clients three tiered options of maintaining their platform in the case of challenges beyond the size or scope of a client’s ability to manage. It was launched on the home page of the new Pathways website (http://www.pathwayscg.com/ ) with a brief animated video that describes the new offering and the competitive advantages it offers. “These two new developments are major strides for us and reflect our strong commitment to react quickly to client and marketplace demands,” said Jeff Giovinazzo, president of Pathways. “Our clients were telling us they want to maintain access to us beyond the end date of stipulated work. That led to our development of Pathways Continued Support. The industry was mandating that we revisit how we present ourselves and our solutions. That led to our new website.
“ServiceNow is a very powerful and diverse tool. New ServiceNow users sometimes need additional assistance to fully utilize their new installation and existing ServiceNow clients often see great additional potential but need help in realizing that potential. Pathways Continued Support program gives them ongoing access to our team in order to help them fully maximize the efficiencies of ServiceNow,” he added.
Pathways Continued Support offers three tiers of service. Requests are sent to Pathways support team, estimates to complete work are provided and, once the estimate of work is approved, Pathways’ team of expert certified ServiceNow professionals work to complete the request. Monthly reports are provided and track all activities.
“We’ve piloted the program with a few clients and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive,” said Giovinazzo. “Once clients get comfortable with ServiceNow they not only begin to see increased productivity but also begin to understand where it can be applied to other areas of their organization. We’re here to help them run their IT department more like a business – constantly evolving and improving.”
