The Kiplinger.com article discusses new relaxed mortgage lending rules that recently went into effect. The new rules, which includes a less-strict down payment requirement, are allowing would-be homebuyers to purchase a home without enduring impossible hurdles that may have prevented them in the past from securing home ownership.
