KnowledgePay's robust market pricing and job analysis features are a perfect complement to the compensation planning and administration capabilities of Dartican's CompAccelerator product.

Dartican, LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of the KnowledgePay compensation management software product. The addition of KnowledgePay's market pricing, job analysis and compensation structure analysis functionality will significantly enhance Dartican's existing base salary and variable pay planning and administration functionality.
"How these two companies decided to join forces is based on an off-the-cuff comment made by a sales prospect after seeing demos of the two products", said Michael Gerthe of Dartican. "KnowledgePay had presented the Market Pricing application to the prospect at the time I presented our CompAccelerator salary planning product. The client quickly recognized value from both products, and even commented how great they would be combined. That was the 'What-if' moment for me and the next day, I was on the phone to Chris at KnowledgePay."
"Mike and I first focused on whether or not there was going to be an easy product integration, that turned out to be easier than I think either one of us expected", said Chris Kelley.
The real proof though came when a KnowledgePay client expressed interest in going beyond just market pricing and add functionality for salary planning, merit increase administration and incentive processing. The integrated solution quickly demonstrated the increased value through its extreme flexibility and the client’s ability to leverage multiple compensation processes with an aligned toolset.
Gerthe will be keeping the KnowledgePay name for their web SaaS products. "The name ‘KnowledgePay’ and how it fits so well with Dartican’s overall mission of providing knowledge, analysis and administrative ease to compensation is going to be a value added benefit to customers.
"I want to thank Chris for his efforts during our transition to the new ownership. Chris is a well known expert in the field of compensation, his vision behind KnowledgePay will benefit users for years to come."
