Weintraub, a shareholder and SALT practice chair in the Philadelphia office of Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Aughtry will help lead advanced income, sales and use, and property tax seminars co-sponsored by the American Bar Association (ABA) Tax Section and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT). Weintraub is the overall chair of the ABA/IPT Advanced Tax Seminars.

Weintraub will moderate a panel entitled “Fee Simple and Leased Fee Valuations: Distinctions with Real and Subtle Differences.” He also will take part in a roundtable entitled “Perspectives on Valuation Issues” and will co-lead a seminar discussing statutes of limitation in the context of seeking a refund of state or local corporate income tax after a federal income tax audit.
