Capitalizing on the Mile High City’s 300+ days of sunshine every year, weekend meetings have become a staple. To make them even better, Hyatt offers these Weekend Meeting Package inclusions:

  •     $1 per room, per night actualized donated to the organizations favorite charity.
  •     5% of the food and beverage spend applied to the group for food and beverage enhancements
  •     Gold Passport signing bonus of up to 25,000 points (based on program size)
  •     50% discount on meeting room Internet.

With 1,600 guest rooms within a two block radius, all newly renovated, Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center (1,100 rooms) and Grand Hyatt Denver (516 rooms) combined offer a total of over 110,000 square feet of meeting and event space, creating ample room for these two award-winning hotels to provide the convenience of one. The Weekend Meeting Package at Hyatt Hotels of Denver Downtown must be confirmed by June 30, 2015 and take place by December 30, 2015 with a minimum of ten occupied rooms per peak night of which one must be a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
