This new domain is starting its Sunrise phase, during which trademark holders are given the opportunity to request the registration of the .LAT domain that matches with their brand before the .LAT is open to the public. To be able to participate during Sunrise, it is necessary to register the brand at the Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH).

The Sunrise process will run for 60 days, starting February 16 and ending on April 16, 2015.

For more information regarding the registration process at the TMCH, please visit the .LAT Blog or the Trademark Clearinghouse Website.
