On the 9th & 10th April, Innovation Enterprise will host the Chief Digital Officer Forum at the Park Plaza Victoria Hotel in London for two days of interactive discussion and unparalleled networking opportunities. Speakers for the 2015 agenda include Samsung, GE, L’Occitane en Provence, Philips, Coca-Cola & many more!

Attendees have the opportunity to have their business issues met with answers from some of Europe’s leading organisations, hearing from the faces behind such success.

The Chief Digital Officer Forum gathers some of the world’s most dynamic and senior digital executives transforming their approach to digital, ensuring change and success for the New Year. As organisations continue to realise what has worked in the past doesn't necessarily translate for success in the current digital landscape, new roles, titles and structures are emerging to ensure progress and brand longevity.

This year’s summit will take a deep exploration into the roles & responsibilities of the digital exec. The relationship between marketing & sales is so closely intertwined that many do not realise the difference. Management between the two teams, and their successful integration, is essential for any organisation. Will Burns, Head of Digital at L’Occitane en Provence, will explore this relationship, relating his experiences to the luxury brand industry. Will gives an insightful view on balancing the pressures of marketing vs. driving sales, whilst taking a closer look at what the future holds for luxury brands in the digital space.

On the other end of the spectrum, Philips, a technology-based company, embark on furthering their digital initiatives within the areas of social and customer centric activities. Blake Cahill, Head of Digital at Philips, explores the derivation of their digital strategy that incorporates both social media & customer service. It’s not enough to simply share a few posts here and there, companies must set social goals and objectives, use their resources thoughtfully and measure the effectiveness of these plans upon execution. Blake will share his own wisdom when it comes to social strategy and how it contributes to the bigger “digital picture.”

“Attendees have the opportunity to have their business issues met with answers from some of Europe’s leading organisations, hearing from the faces behind such success’” explains Conference Organiser, Roisin O’Flaherty, from Innovation Enterprise. “Industry leaders share their own digital know-how, exploring the ways in which companies can improve their digital foothold.”
