The Game, real name Joycean Taylor, was born in Los Angeles and is one of the most notable protégés of Dr. Dre. He has worked closely with 50 Cent and was nominated for Rap Song of the Year for his singles, “How We Do” and “Hate It or Love It.” Additionally, he won Best West Coast Rap Album for Doctor’s Advocate and Best West Coast Rap Artist.
