Chicago, Illinois (PRWEB) February 24, 2015
CSG Government Solutions, a national leader in government program modernization, recently sponsored the National Association of State Workforce Agencies’ (NASWA) Annual Winter Policy Forum held February 19 - 20 in Washington, DC.
NASWA is a national organization of state administrators of employment and training services, labor market information, and unemployment insurance. Members include representatives of all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Guam. The Winter Policy Forum is an annual event to bring together state workforce agency administrators and professionals to discuss current U.S. economic conditions with national experts in the field, and learn about the legislative outlook on workforce system issues facing congress.
“NASWA is strengthening the National Workforce Development system through advocacy and information exchange,” says Jim Mahony, Director of CSG’s Unemployment Insurance practice. “We value our involvement with NASWA, and are honored to have the opportunity to sponsor the Winter Policy Forum for the fourth consecutive year.”
