NetPlus wins large contract to implement NetPlus Telecommunications Management System at a county government
(PRWEB) February 25, 2015
NetPlus has started integrating its NetPlus Telecommunications Management System at a large county government in the Pacific Northwest. Late last year the County had sought out an enterprise solution to manage their telecommunications infrastructure with particular focus on customer rebilling, managing their moves/adds/changes/disconnects, and managing their fault and e911, with full reporting capabilities.
After a thorough RFP process, the County chose NetPlus TMS for its long track record of successful implementations and excellent customer service.
“NetPlus TMS has over 25 years of experience in telecommunications management software and our customer rebilling solution has been time tested throughout the years by a demanding customer base. Our ability to deliver one software solution for all of the County’s telecom processes helped solidify our win,” said Matt Lewis, President of NetPlus.
An industry leading suite of products, NetPlus Telecommunications Management System helps clients tackle their telecom expenses while providing invaluable visibility into their network. NetPlus TMS enables businesses to take control of their telecommunications environment by managing all costs, processes, assets, network infrastructure, cable, phones, and more.
