Former Oracle CFO Jeff E. Epstein to Chair Nominations Committee for CFO Dimensions 2015 Awards of Excellence

Epstein, former Oracle CFO, will chair the selection committee for the awards.
The conference, CFO Dimensions 2015: The CFO as Chief Future Officer™ - Driving Strategy, Leadership, and Innovation, will take place October 19 -20, 2015 at the Conrad Hotel in New York City. The two-day event will examine the expansive role of today’s multi-dimensional CFO as visionaries, strategists, and innovators responsible for overseeing the financial health of the enterprises they help lead. The conference will also celebrate the hard work and incredible results of highly effective finance leaders via the CFO Dimensions 2015 Awards of Excellence.
Winners in four categories will be announced at the closing reception on Tuesday, October 20th. Nominations will be evaluated by an independent panel of volunteer corporate finance executives chaired by Jeff E. Epstein, former Oracle CFO current Operating Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners. Mr. Epstein is honored to be serving as the chair of the independent panel, noting “the CFO Dimensions Awards for Excellence provide the corporate finance community with the unique opportunity to honor exceptional performance and leadership by their peers. It’s the Academy Awards® for Chief Financial Officers.”
The four award categories are:
• CFO of the Year Award - to the company CFO who has led his or her company to the highest levels of performance in the arenas of risk management and/or driving top line growth while exhibiting exemplary personal and professional traits.
• Most Effective Finance Organization Award - to the finance organization which have collectively led their company to the highest levels of performance the areas of risk management and/or driving top line growth while maximizing the productivity of each team member.
• Visionary Finance Leader Award - to the finance leader (CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, or Treasurer) who is pushing his or her organization to new heights of effectiveness using new technology, processes and "doing it their way", using limited resources to deliver outstanding results.
• Leading by Giving Award - to the finance leader who gave back to their community and society at large in a generous, selfless and effective manner.
Past winners have included Sean Aggarwal, CFO, Trulia Inc., John Stephens, Senior Executive Vice President and CFO, AT&T Inc. and Cheryl Marks Young, CFO, Easter Seals New Jersey.
CFO Dimensions 2015 will feature four educational tracks with five sessions each, emphasizing insights and tactics for driving strategy, leadership, technology and innovation across the CFO’s organization.
