Based at FRS Insight's headquarters in New York, Mr. Rosenberg will lead the accelerated growth and expansion of the firm’s scalable risk management and due diligence solution. Howard Rosenberg comments, “As legal and professional services firms continue to embrace sophisticated recruitment strategies, they also require rigorous and accurate risk management solutions. The need for in depth and truly independent intelligence will set FRS Insight apart from others and build our brand as an experienced, credible solution partner.”

Successful law and financial services firms operating in today’s competitive business climate recognise the need for comprehensive due diligence beyond their internal capabilities. Research conducted by FRS Insight earlier this year painted a clear picture of the rate of change that the legal market is undergoing. In the report, “Are independent lateral hire checks worth it?” 68% of respondents said that they have conducted their own due diligence efforts in the past two years, while over 84% said that they expect to use independent due diligence expertise over the next five years.

Mr. Rosenberg, Chief Executive Officer of FRS Insight, brings more than 20 years of success, building and strengthening professional services organisations. He joined from Debevoise & Plimpton where he was responsible for supporting the firm’s global private equity practice. Prior to Debevoise, Howard was the Chief Operating Officer for Baker & McKenzie’s Washington, DC office, and a Managing Director of London-based Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP). While at BLP, he led an innovative compliance-based business involving Deloitte, and guided a merger that resulted in the creation of one of the UK’s largest law firms. Mr. Rosenberg earned two Bachelor’s degrees in Fine Arts and in Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and holds an MBA from Cambridge University.

Stephen Rodney, CEO of Fox Rodney Search, the parent company of FRS Insight, said, “Howard has an exceptional record of leading businesses through expansion, and we are delighted to have someone of his calibre on board, to propel FRS Insight through its next stage of growth. His leadership, experience and knowledge will be invaluable to the team.”

Mr. Rosenberg comments, “I am excited to join FRS Insight at a time when the company is rapidly gaining traction and has already performed significant assignments in the US, UK, Paris, Dubai and Asia. I am very impressed with the parent company founders’ proven global track record in the legal recruitment space and look forward to helping the FRS Insight team become the independent, dominant player in the market.”

Michael Ellenhorn, Managing Director of Fox Rodney Search (US), adds “FRS Insight has been created in response to client demand for a more thorough, independent due diligence process, which better protects their recruitment investments and allows them to make lateral hiring decisions with confidence. As always, our continued mission is to deliver premium value to our clients around the globe.”
